Vintage French Arras wrought iron four tier plant stand

Arras garden furniture, manufactured in Arras, Northern France was ahead of its time in design and are in perfect order. The distinctive Arras look is uniquely made of half-round hollow wrought iron that characterises Arras garden pieces. One of the benefits is the water runs off. The manufacture is riveted rather than welded. Will continue to gather patina.
