Classic timeless design by one of the masters of Swedish design. Signed in pattern JJ for Judith Johansson circa 1950-1960's. The artist was inspired by the Norrviken Gardens, Båstad, at twilight.
Båstad is the home of MÄRTA MÅÅS-FJETTERSTRÖM's textile workshop which she started in 1919 until her death in 1941.
Condition is commensurate with age and use.
All my rugs and textiles are sourced from private homes all over Scandinavia.
