Modern British watercolour by Howard J. Morgan (b.1949) 'Janet' circa 1980's
This is an early work by Howard J.Morgan. He is best known as a portrait painter, most notably, HM Queen Elizabeth. His works are held in collections including The National Portrait Gallery and the V&A.
This work is watercolour on art paper. The size is 20x25 cm in original mount.
I will be listing more of his early work in due course, including works dating back to his University days!
